I've decided to reduce my calorie intake by 200, down to 2000 total. I've lost a bit a weight so I need less calories, and I haven't felt hungry so I can push a little more. Speaking of weight, for my official weigh-in on Sunday, I was down 11 pounds from my starting weight. I'm happy with that but I can do better if I behave a little more on the weekends. I'm starting to get into a real routine for the workouts, and am confident I will finish this program.
I've been thinking about what I will do next. I know it's premature, but I can't help it. I'm a planner. My short-term goal remains to just finish the 63 days, but I know my journey won't end there. In fact, it doesn't have an end, at least not from a time perspective. My long-term goal is less definitive than a certain amount of time or a certain weight. I probably can't be more precise than to say it's simply to get "fit". I'll know it when I get there, then I'll have to maintain it, but I don't know when I'll get there. It certainly won't be after 63 days. It may take a year. Who knows. I think I may do P90X next, or I may repeat Insanity first then do P90X, or I might do a hybrid. My brother-in-law has talked about swapping workouts once I'm done (He has P90X) but that may not work out if I do a hybrid thing or I repeat Insanity again. Anyway, that's the stuff I'm thinking about. Who knows how I'll feel in 7 weeks.
Another busy day tomorrow, so I'll wrap up and get back to my heat pad.
Keep up the good work!!! See you tomorrow. Love, Mom
