My back pain is gone again (thanks to the heat pad and some stretching last night and this morning). Today was Plyometric Cardio Circuit. The second half of this is crazy hard and I still can't make it through without a few short breaks, but I'm definitely improving and I feel good!
I burned 678 calories (finally remembered to put my heart monitor on again!). I'm definitely in a routine now and really look forward to the workouts each day. I can see differences in my body already. I'm never tired during the day. And I'm sleeping like a baby. I still sweat like a pig though, and I suppose that's the whole point!
My biggest test will be next week, but I'll cover that in a few days...
